Provide customised support to 108 carers based on their individual needs and aspirations from initial contact to engagement in employment and through their introductory period of employment.

Link those carers embarking on training or employment pathways into existing resources and supports to achieve their goals.

Strengthen system linkages between carer support agencies, employment service providers, community organisations and training providers to ensure that all partners understand each-others capacity and, in doing so, better meet the needs of carers seeking pathways to employment.

Enable carers to enter a cycle of support regardless of which agency they initially approach for support.
